So who else had fun yesterday? Running through the woods, climbing trees, digging under things, man, that reminded me of being a kid.

Sorry to whoever fell out of the tree I iced. It wasn't on purpose. Okay, you totally know it was. But all's fair in capture the flag. Which this was not. But I don't have a better name for it. Capture a lot of round metal things?

And Rezner, I know it was you who shot one of the tree branches down.... because who else?

I wonder who got the best score. And which team is winning. Blue Team rules!

I'm starting a Save Our Microwaves campaigne.

First Jonathan decided to amp the microwave up to a food-death machine.

Then Micah cremates popcorn and throws the nmicrowave out.

Then we get a new microwave. But I do in this morning and find that the insides are caked with dried on rainbow coloured sugar that could only come from Peeps. I'm pointing a finger at the two above. One of them, or both of them.

Actually, I don't really care about the microwave because it's hilarious.

1. I should have gone home for the week, there's always an awesome St. Patrick's Day parade there. And then everyone gets piss drunk and stuff. Of course. The Leafs play tomorrow, I wonder if they'll break out the Retro Patricks jerseys. That's always cool.

2. Who's doing the liquor store run for this? I'll go with but I'm not paying for everything.

3. So, the New York Times - was that someone here? Or are there people out there doing the same things we are? Come on, fess up.

I think it's a riot that someone graffitied up the town sign. It's funny!

Sort of like when people paint 'Hammer Time' under stop signs. Except not quite that hilarious. Because that's one of the best things ever.

I've been spending a lot of mornings and evenings out on my rink. It is awesome. Next year I'm making it Olympic regulation size... what? There's room back there!

I like watching out the window and seeing who uses it. Seeing people fall on their asses is funny. Come on, you know it's the truth. People falling is funny.

You know what's hilarious? Those hairless cats. Really, so funny. Just to look at.

Lime popsicles are the best popsicles. Also, root beer popsicles. Someone should make beer popsicles though. Huh, actually I just did a Google search and they do make beer popsicles. Well, some place does, at least. Nice. I want some.

So I'm flooding part of the flat behind the parking lot with ice to make a skating rink. I'm even going to lay down some wood to outline it and stuff. Hmmm maybe if I get my hands on some paint I can put in lines.

Once it's done, feel free to use it. Unless I'm on it practicing. During which time I can't be held responsible if you get a puck or a stick to the face.

If we're going to watch the Superbowl tonight can we make sure Rezner doesn't bring his guns.

We don't want a repeat of the last time he shot the tv.

Watching people play musical chairs blindfolded is awesome.

Someone left a copy of US Weekly in the Rec Room. I was flipping through it while eating my lunchtime bowl of KD. Reading about 'TomKat' made me think of couple nicknames for people here. Here's what I got so far:


- Grier & Lex = Leer or Grex (either work! Grex sounds less perverted. More like a troll though)
- Jarrod & Jonathan = J-squared.
- Dameon & Eddie = Shadow & Light
- Koty & Killian (are they dating? married? what? anyway, including because I like this one) = Kilty
- Junebug & Milo = Jilo (I like this one a lot too)
- Jacob & Magdalene = Jagda


There are other couples probably but I got bored and I don't keep up with everyones love lives!

And the winner is, for favourite Simpsons episode here at the base...

Personally, I like Weekend at Burnsies best. That would be the medical marijuana one. It has so many great lines! Case in point:

I imagine the Pepto Bismal is to be used after someone eats all those things at once.

No, that's not my grocery list. Mine's much more reasonable: beer, pizza, beer, KD.
